New boss for Hoeganaes

He succeeds Robert Fulton. Mr Kasputis held the position of executive vice president and chief operating officer for the past year.
With a background in chemical engineering, David Kasputis served seven years with Bethlehem Steel Corporation before joining Hoeganaes Corporation in 1984 as manager of Quality Control and Laboratory Services.
Subsequently, he was appointed to the executive staff as director of Quality Assurance where he was instrumental in attaining the first ISO quality management certification for the company.    

He was later transferred to Gallatin, Tennessee where he held the position of general manager of Operations at the company’s powder production facility.  From there he moved to the Sales and Marketing Department and served in several management capacities prior to his appointment as vice president of Sales and Marketing for North America.
