Mineral markets' boom and bust over says report...Done deal
Umicore’s $75 million acquisition of Delphi’s automotive catalyst business (see Metal Powder Report, September 2007) has been completed.
Regulatory clearance for the transaction has already been obtained and a dedicated team has been established to integrate activities within Umicore’s automotive catalysts business unit.
