Hawk
becomes NetShape
NetShape Technologies (NTI), is the
new name of the former Hawk Precision Components Group,
acquired by Saw Mill Capital LLC. The company plans on
locating corporate headquarters in the Louisville, Kentucky
vicinity.
WNTI operates five PM parts plants
in the United States and one in China, and has about 600
employees. David M Adams has joined the company as chairman
and CEO, replacing Steve Campbell, president and CEO, who
has resigned for personal reasons.
Mr Adams’ executive experience includes stints as CEO and president of Siegel Robert, a privately held manufacturer, and as president of Eaton Corporation’s Hydraulics Operations. “I plan to accelerate the company’s organic growth, improve operations and acquire complementary businesses,” he says. “I look forward to leading NetShape as it continues to focus on implementing lean business practices to drive profitable long-term growth.”
