Jonathan Hood is Technical Marketing Manager for Makin Metal Powders (UK) Ltd, a leading European non-ferrous metal powder producer. His responsibilities with Makin include sales, customer service, technical and management systems as well as research and development. A qualified Eur-Ing and Chartered Engineer, he studied at Bath and Cardiff Universities in the UK and has an honours degree in metallurgy and materials science. He is also a certified Lean Coach having trained under SA Partners/Cardiff Business School, helping to implement change towards Lean Manufacturing principles.
