Dr. Satyajit "Satya" Banerjee received his Bachelors, Masters and his Ph.D. in Metallurgical Engineering, from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, India. He taught at IIT, and was an exchange fellow at University of Karlsruhe, Germany. Dr. Banerjee has since worked in industry in the United States for over 20 years with various companies and is now with DSH Technologies, a sister concern of Elnik Systems. His experience includes powder metallurgy and powder injection moulding of stainless steels; superalloys, intermetallics and Ti and its alloys. He has been published many times and holds a US patent.
